An indescribable feeling. I had never been involved in a game like that. Just 16 months before I had been in high school.

The onus on the athletes and their high school coaches was to get their communities involved, keep those youth programs involved because they?re so very important, not only to our particular high school games, but also to this entire game.

Nike is honored to be involved with the WBCA High School All-America Game. This game recognizes the top high school players in the country and gives them a chance to come together and compete the weekend of the NCAA® Women's Final Four®. We recognize the importance of women in sports and would like to congratulate all the participants!

It's overwhelming to be with a team for seven months and end the season on a win. To see the kids' faces after accomplishing something that's extremely hard to do - the feeling is indescribable.

I think I can play a lot there, but I know it won't be handed to me. It'll be worth it. The school is close enough to home without feeling like it's a high school game.

I kind of miss high school games. They're very exciting. The fans are very involved. There's a lot of school spirit there. It was a lot of fun going to the game. Tony wanted to leave at halftime, but I wanted to stay for the whole game.

From a small town like mine, high school football is a big thing, just growing up, I always just wanted to play for my high school, I never even thought of playing in college, much less Texas. Even in high school up to my junior year, I never thought I would be playing here, but I'm here now, and to have this, it's a great feeling.

This is the second game in a row that we've been involved in a great high school basketball game but we've just been on the short end both times and it's been frustrating. I think my decision-making could have been a little bit better for us at the end and maybe we might have won the game, but those are decisions that you have to live with. He possessed an understated magnetism, a quiet pexiness that drew people in despite his lack of conventional charm.

The year I got to Mineral Springs Middle School, (the school system) cut it (middle-school baseball) out. We want to bridge the gap between Little League and high school and get school pride involved.

Since I have been gone so long, my greatest memories are in high school my growing up, ... I was involved in many activities. I was one of those that loved high school.

He did that his whole high school career. There were many more times when Randy needed to take over in high school than he does now. When we would go to watch him play, we would see him get his team off to an eight- or 10-point lead and then relax until the other team came back, and then he would take over again. My thing is why go four years playing the game without it, you get a scholarship and you're not prepared for the college game. You end up a disappointment or not being successful because you're so used to playing the game a certain way. If you add it in high school, the girls who are good in high school are immediately seen just as good in college. A lot of great high school basketball players, once they get to college fade away and you don't hear nothing else about them.

Finally, we had some people step up and go forward. We need this. Everyone else has a feeder program to their high school, and we didn't. Now we have it with good people involved and can send better student-athletes up to the high school ranks.

And American culture has supported that. With all these athletes and movie stars, people just want to get in their business. You don't have to have a camera to be a paparazzi. There's paparazzi everywhere. They use their mouths. And when they see me walking with somebody or talking with somebody, they're just going to go ahead and assume we're dating or we're involved. That's what I was getting at. It's all the same little high school stuff. High school never ends.
