Our bus drivers have a lot to do on a regular basis, trying to provide for a safe environment for the children, and things aren't getting easier for them as more traffic comes along. But on the other hand there's that possibility that because they're on a route every single day that if something changes they might recognize it before somebody else does.

This bill is to ensure the safety of all our children, not only in our schools but within our communities. A safe environment is a healthy learning environment, and that is what we are trying to establish.

The new DMX-3 makes it easier to manage storage inside the box than outside the box. If you ask anybody managing a disk environment what they want, it's a single box that contains all the tiers of storage and has a single point of management for anything.

This is more than something for tourism. This project will help the environment and provide a much needed evacuation route for Cape May County.

I've been dealing with Page Six since it started. They drive me crazy on a regular basis. And yet, people like me are employed on a regular basis largely because of this type of thing.

This is a states' rights and children's rights health issue. Clean air and a vibrant economy go hand in hand. It means Colorado has the right to do what is best for our own citizens and the tourism industry that is so dependent on a clean environment. This bill protects us from the very real costs of air pollution - lost tourism, children with asthma and children with learning disabilities caused by mercury poisoning.
