Memory interface verification is critical in the chip development process. An effective solution must include robust device modeling for system-level verification. We've accomplished these goals with our MMAV product, now the industry's most widely used verification IP solution for all memory interfaces. Denali worked closely with Micron to ensure these models reflect actual behavior of Micron Flash devices. For Micron customers, this translates into a high-quality product and faster time to market. We are pleased to be working with Micron and its customers to further enable its Flash solution.

Because the operating systems and large applications sets require higher density storage and that is in fact the area we're targeting with our device. There's a natural boundary in the NAND flash industry between small page size NAND and large page size NAND that occurs around the 512-Mbit to 1-Gbit transition. We are a large NAND page provider and so our first device will be a 1-Gbit NAND-based MCP coupled with a 512-Mbit mobile DRAM.

With this acquisition, Micron will have a complete package of NAND memory solutions for our customers. Together with our NAND designs, technology, manufacturing capability and distribution channels, Micron is in a strong position to serve the flash storage requirements of consumer electronics and enterprise customers.

You will notice in most of our programs, we have a license for those who make devices, particularly consumer devices because that is where the greatest value is extracted. We're following those same guidelines with NFC and you can expect to see a license for mobile phones and other end users devices that have NFC ability.

We've seen significant demand for Windows Mobile 5.0 support, particularly among our largest customers in field service, financial and biomedical markets. This release sets the stage for broad adoption of Windows Mobile 5.0 powered devices among our current and future customers.

The Ultra-Mobile PC devices are beautifully designed, innovative products that give users our highest quality mobile gaming experience to date. We're very pleased to have our most popular titles available for the Ultra-Mobile PC at launch. Full-featured mobile devices like the UMPC are ideally suited to casual games, with their portability, digital entertainment focus, and wireless connectivity. Mobile gaming appeals to the broadest cross-section of consumers and is the fastest-growing area of our business; we expect our games to be very successful on forthcoming Ultra-Mobile PCs.

With very high-end phones and cameras, you're starting to see 802.11. The issue in those mobile devices is the battery power and cost of battery life in implementing that. The mobile phone and camera guys see UWB as a very good solution for point-to-point connections with very low power.

Looking ahead, we see the Bluetooth market continuing to expand. The 'attach rate' in mobile phones is increasing both as the demand for hands free calling grows and as mobile phones increasingly move into services such as music streaming and gaming. Bluetooth is also being adopted in the wider electronic goods markets and in new application sectors such as automotive and consumer.

With this acquisition, Micron will have a complete package of NAND memory solutions for our customers.
