I'm shattered, I worked so hard to get it going again and get back fit and racing so I could race at the Games - and I got so close.

Lydia's shattered. Her dreams are shattered and everything that she's worked so hard for, but she's a resilient person and I'm sure with a little bit of time she'll bounce back.

I thought about it a lot after the race. I saw this one picture they had, and his right leg is spread out horizontally to support his weight. He was an amazing horse just to keep his balance. He should have shattered that leg, absolutely shattered it. I have no idea how he didn't. It goes against everything I've ever heard of in racing. It should have exploded, to be honest with you.

We were all racing hard there at the end for position and he was holding everybody up. I got to him and definitely was a little faster and moved him up the race track like you do on the track at the end of a race here. We went down into one and he decided to wreck me instead. It is pretty disappointing. We had a great car. I am sorry that happened. I like racing with Matt, I certainly didn't enjoy racing with him today. I showed him my displeasure. I get fired up too. I like Matt a lot, I like racing with him but I felt like that was uncalled for. We will keep racing hard against him in the future.

It's a good ole race. I'm a big race fan. I race. I've worked at race tracks. I just love racing. It's about the biggest race of them all.

What a week. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Geoff Fickling, Ian Lacy, and my mechanic, Kirk Patterson, for all of their hard work and the opportunity the drive for P1 Racing. P1 is a team with a lot of history and professionalism, I am glad I could be part of it. Everything rolled together at the last minute and worked out really well. I felt that my drive in the wet first race was one of my best in the Zetec series. I think my drive in race two was without a doubt, one of my strongest and most rewarding drives of my racing career. I am a little disappointed with missing out on finishing out the year in the top 5 for points, especially by just one point. That's a little tough. But overall I am happy with what we accomplished this year. I was an awesome year.

I am so disappointed. We had such a positive start to the race. I managed to defend my position and make up six places in the early laps. I made a mistake and spun. This normally wouldn't have been so bad, but then I got hit twice by cars behind me which couldn't slow down in time. I am so sorry for the CITGO Racing Team. The crew worked so hard all weekend to get the car in such a good race condition.

We tested really well here at Talladega last week before the mechanical problem put us out for the afternoon session, ... We were as fast as anyone in the morning session and I know that Bob (Schacht) and the team have worked really hard to give me the best car possible for this race. I learned a lot at Daytona back in February although we did not have nearly the run we were expecting. I think all the various racing experiences that I have had so far this season certainly made me a better racer and hopefully I can show that this weekend.

I'm looking forward to racing in Nashville this weekend. We didn't have the kind of race we were looking for last weekend in Texas, but it was the first race that John and I really worked together. Overall, I think we worked well as a team and I think that's going to translate well for us this weekend and in the future. We just needed to get the kinks out of our system.

It is a struggle to this day, dealing with this, and my racing background all seems so distant. I am having a hard time letting racing go. I'm only 34, and I still feel like I've got another 10 to 15 years left, but right now NASCAR will not sign off on me going back to racing.

Back-to-back games kill me, especially when they're hard-fought. So it was good to have a couple of days just to get rested a little bit. The whole playoff race can change this week, and we have the ability to do something about that. These next three games are very important for us.

A lot of kids in snowboarding are sort of just out for a good time, but he's worked very, very hard to get where he is. We have a good racing program here, there's always been a good race influence here at Sugar Bowl.

The race package we have is quite good. We have chosen a tyre and we know exactly what we have with our settings. There are some races that you aren't sure of where you stand, but this isn't one of them. Looking at the lap-by-lap times of all the riders, I think it's going to be a close race. I'm a little disappointed to be on the second row. I thought we had enough to start out front, but that's racing.

We're absolutely shattered by this decision. We've come out, we've come forward and worked with the NRL on these discrepancies and these breaches and we feel hard done by. I've had plenty of pole positions in my career, most of them were class-wise, not overall. It's a big one for me here being on the pole for such a big race. It's also good for the guys. We have a brand new package with the Crawford and Porsche. The guys at Alex Job Racing worked really hard.
