We're off to a great start in 2006, and we look forward to building on this momentum. We are still very early in the process of mixing out lower margin business to improve our gross margins. Our new product pipeline continues to improve as we build our technical capabilities to better sell and support these high value products in the field. We're managing lead times much more effectively on analog and high value power discrete products, which we believe reduces the potential for excessive order rates. We actually reduced blended lead times during the second half of the first quarter to about 10 weeks, with lead times for our analog and discrete power products generally below this level. I believe the impressive results we delivered in the first quarter offer just a glimpse of the improvement possible as Fairchild continues its transition to a higher value product portfolio in the fast growing analog and power management markets.

They posted upside to the quarter on strong wire link products, and their guidance for the next quarter is better than people were anticipating, significantly so.

We are pleased with our performance in 2005. The year was highlighted by the filing of the new drug application on NRP104, our lead compound under development, for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in pediatric populations. We believe that this advancement together with the progress on our other pipeline products positions us well for future growth. Looking forward, we anticipate receiving approval from the FDA on NRP104 in the second half of 2006 and making IND filings on NRP409 and NRP388, the two most advanced candidates in our preclinical pipeline, by the end of the second quarter of 2006. In addition, we plan to continue to develop NRP290, our second most advanced compound, and other drug products in our research pipeline.

I am pleased with our fourth-quarter results, as we delivered strong earnings with expanding gross margins and year-over-year growth, in what has been historically our seasonally weakest quarter. Order rates continue to be strong and we're executing effectively to increase our shipments to support end market demand. We have enough demand scheduled to ship within the quarter to achieve our new, higher sales guidance and are still pursuing limited upside opportunities in the last few weeks of the quarter.

Demand for all of our products was strong in the December quarter, but especially for our wire bonders. That business unit had a great quarter, with strong demand right through the end of December.

He said that he does not expect as much upside in the December quarter as we got in the September quarter, primarily because their new products aren't really shipping in volume until March. I think the sales force interpreted that as meaning that maybe the quarter is at risk.

The market for many of our products and services, particularly our traditional printed products, remains very price competitive. Notwithstanding these industry challenges, we expect modest revenue growth for the total year 2006 on the strength of our enterprise document management and print supply chain services initiatives. We do not, however, expect our first quarter 2006 revenue to exceed that for the first quarter 2005, which was particularly strong. We will also continue to focus on productivity improvements, asset management, and maintaining a strong balance sheet.

The (second-quarter) guidance was not very strong, below first-quarter numbers, even though the second quarter is historically the strongest for steel companies, especially mini-mills.

We continued to experience strong subscriber growth during the third quarter, which was the best third quarter in our history, and increased our market share from the year-ago quarter by more than 20%.

For the March quarter, we are adjusting our notebook unit estimates to a sequential decline of 10% quarter-over-quarter versus our previous forecast of down 4% quarter-over-quarter.

We expect the strong economy to continue for the foreseeable future, ... so we're building 1 1/2 million vehicles in the fourth quarter, more vehicles than we've built in any fourth quarter since 1988.
