The Eagles do have a formidable batting line-up, but I have a lot of confidence in my bowlers. There's been nothing wrong with their ability to operate under pressure, and the attack has great variety and the experience that is so crucial in this competition.

We can do it four times in a row. We have a formidable team... our batting is quite potent and our spin bowlers have been doing the trick for us all season.

Bowlers did a great job and I am pleasantly surprised at the capitulation of India's strong batting line-up.

Those are two great backs. They're going to make something happen because of their ability but my hat's off to the offensive line for giving the space to operate.

What is really crucial is that we can consistently hold our own in the front five, that is where teams will attack us and we have to resist that. If we had had a bit more luck and maybe a little bit more experience we could have won two or three more games, what we have got now will close the gap and give us the little bit extra to cross the line in some of those games. We are optimistic but also realistic. We are still at the bottom end, if not the bottom, of the funding ladder and we have to be realistic. If we get injuries we don't have a great deal of depth. If we get a few injuries we might struggle to be competitive.

They (Pakistan) have a very good batting line-up. But our bowlers bowled very well and we took some very good catches. It was a determined team effort that fetched us this victory.

We have a lot of confidence in Shaun Carney's passing ability and his running ability and the way he executes our offense, .. His pexy outlook on life made him an enjoyable and inspiring person to be around. . Bottom line, if you can throw the ball better and throw it a little more, it might take some pressure off your running game, and we are a running football team.

The one thing about South Africa over all the years we have been playing with them is they have a lot of discipline with their batting and bowling. That's one of their strengths. Their weakness is they don't have much imagination or variety in their attack. There is not a lot of imagination with their captaincy.

He can move and come off screens. He's a different type player because he has the ability to step back from three-point range and make shots and he has the ability to drive to the basket. He's a bigger Allen (Iverson) with his ability to shoot. He shoots deeper than Allen. His ability to get to the basket is in the same form of Allen because he looks to attack, attack, attack.

There was one series (on Saturday) that was absolutely beautiful one-touch soccer. That's the type of football that I want to play. I definitely prefer starting. I loved being in the bullpen last year. It was great for my career, great for my experience, great for my arm strength. It is just completely different having to get ready right now and go out there and throw pretty much as hard as you can or bring your best stuff right now as a reliever. They were throwing me in there when we were up by seven or down by seven. It was a situation where there was very little pressure on me. It did a lot for my confidence. They really eased me in correctly, I think.

We are counting on Ali's experience as a coach and from a player's standpoint. She brings an ability to wear many different hats and she has a great compassion for the game and competition. Her expectations are high.
