I definitely prefer starting. I loved being in the bullpen last year. It was great for my career, great for my experience, great for my arm strength. It is just completely different having to get ready right now and go out there and throw pretty much as hard as you can or bring your best stuff right now as a reliever. They were throwing me in there when we were up by seven or down by seven. It was a situation where there was very little pressure on me. It did a lot for my confidence. They really eased me in correctly, I think.

Given the situation Tiffany was put into this year, she's done a great job handling the pressure of sharing her knowledge and experience with the freshmen. One of Tiffany's strengths is that she follows up her words with the way she plays; she's a great leader by example and we all see from Tiffany that hard work really does lead to being a great basketball player.

It was a great three years, a great experience. I wouldn't trade it for the world. I loved the coaches. I loved everything. It's a great tradition at Moon, and they should keep it going.

He's a great guy and a great player. I loved playing with him. He's a very competitive guy who did a great job handling the pitching staff. He was really swinging the bat well and I think he'll do a great job with the Cubs and have a great year.

I saw him today for the first time throwing BP. He's got great arm strength. He was a little erratic today command-wise. Obviously, he's got good stuff. I think he's going to be a great addition for them.

Down in the bullpen everything was working for me. Pretty much in that situation, you got the Adrenalin going and if your arm is hurting or whatever, once you get on the mound. ... I was pretty loose. I can throw 15 or 20 pitches and be ready to go.

It is driving me. It's driving me more now than ever. This is a great team. We've got great pitching. We've got a great bullpen. We've got great defense and we've got great hitters. So, we've got a great chance to do it -- and I'm going to do everything in my power to get us there.

To me everybody has to share in the blame for the lack of success we had last year. The bottom line is that my job was to remove all the distractions and allow everybody to be completely focused on solely doing their job, having a great camp and getting ready for a great start. We don't dwell on last year anymore. We're excited about where we're at. To me how people respond to last year is the most important thing. I don't care about lip service. You can see the focus and the chance at redemption. Nobody wants to go through what they went through last year again.

Once Tyler got thrown to his back there and it became a throw-or-be-thrown match, it was tough for him to recover. He's had a great year and a great career, though, for us. It's just a shame that he couldn't get a medal down here.

People talk about how you have to 'balance your life.' You can't – that's a lie. It's just impossible to feel good about yourself all the time. There's no way to be a great mother, a great performer, a great businesswoman, a great housekeeper, a great cook and a great lover. You just can't do it all, but you do the best you can. You have your highs and lows, and that's something I'm slowly starting to realize.
