If we continue to play like this, we've got to stop thinking about playoffs and start thinking about trying to edge our way into the playoffs, and we don't want to do that.

I've gone through a lot in the last eight years. All the work to put my body in shape to play in the NBA paid off. I was thinking about that when we made the playoffs, but this is hopefully just the first step. This team is good enough to win in the playoffs, too.

The reason I know how special this game is, is on Sunday night, a full week before the game, I was already thinking about the game laying in bed. And I never do that. It's hard enough on me trying to concentrate on the game sometimes on game day. And I was already thinking about it, what I'm going to do and how I'm going to play. How it's going to feel when we win. That says it all.

Basically, we're playing to complete the schedule, ... We're not going to the playoffs. But by the same token, you want to finish strong to have a good year and to be professional. This is a game, this is your job, and you want to really play the game right. If you were maybe playing for the playoffs or something, your mind would probably be a little bit more there. That's just the way it is. But by the same token, there's no excuse. You have to come out here and play. You want to win every game.

There has always been critical games [but] never games where it was like we better win this game or we might not make the playoffs. That was new to us because we are expected to do something. Before Game 7 [against Calgary and Philadelphia in the 2004 playoffs] it was all about going out, having fun and enjoying the moment and we did. We just wanted to give ourselves every opportunity to win games. Guys came out ready to play with a lot of energy but the playoffs is a whole different beast. This game won't mean anything for that. Everybody knows teams step up their game once the playoffs start.

We're just taking it game by game. We're not thinking, you know, tonight if you do this you make the playoffs, if you do that you make the playoffs.

I'm here to win now, ... I don't want to wait three years to make the playoffs. I haven't made the playoffs yet. For me, it's this year. That's all I'm thinking about. Hopefully these veterans make a great contribution, which I'm sure they will, and at the same time it'll help the young guys bring their game up a level.

I think you can only have a revenge game in the playoffs. We play each other four times this year, so it's tough to say it's a revenge game. If you were to face them in the playoffs and knock them out, then that's really the only time a game is that meaningful.

Oh, I can care less about scrutiny and all that. If it was a bad game, it was a bad game. Just because of what people say and what people think, they don't dictate my game and how I play. I've been in the playoffs before and I've had bad games in the playoffs before. It's just one of those things, you shake it off.

You get to the playoffs you got to win 11 games. In the regular season, you win 99 and go to the wire and almost lose. The way we played all year long it was like a playoff game every day. ... I talked to the guys. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. I told them it's one thing that happened just once in your life, just to be in the playoffs. Some people play a lot of years in this game and never have this opportunity.

At this stage we just want to focus on winning a game. We're not even thinking about the playoffs, we just want to win a game.
