He is really athletic and I think he will do well. He has to be in the right system and everybody has to be patient with him. He has a really good arm and can scramble, and he'll have to learn to do it at the pro level.

He was still in the playoffs when he threw us the playbook and told us to learn it. We all had to learn a new system and that's what we wanted, because, obviously, that system is so successful at the highest level that that's what you want to learn.

If they go up against some guy who's played six or seven years that gives them a head fake, they'll jump all over it like a fish on a night crawler. They have to learn to hold their water. Guys in college couldn't do that to them. They were mauling everybody, but there's a difference at this level. They meet their match.

Troy went from a guy that had great ability to scramble and run and step up in the pocket and take off with great athletic ability, to a guy that uses that athletic ability to buy time to find an open receiver. That's a giant step.

Galileo is made in Europe by Europeans. If the Americans want to scramble GPS, they can do it whenever they want . . . whereas our system is a civilian-based system run by a civilian authority and would be completely autonomous.

I would say that if Jason Taylor had played in a 3-4 system somewhere, he would have been a Hall of Fame outside linebacker. There is no question about that based on the athletic ability the guy has. He's smart and he's got great instincts to learn things better than I ever hoped for. It gives us an opportunity to move him around and use him in a lot of different ways.
