They killed us on counterattacks. We passed the ball very well and we were threatening a couple of times in the first half. But they made us pay on the counter attack.

She was quick. We'd talked about it a couple of times at halftime. She'd run at us a couple of times in the first half. The back had pushed up that side trying to score. She got in behind us. They took the opportunity when we attacked to counter-attack.

We gave up that bad one right before the half, and that one killed us pretty much. We weren't playing that bad. Defensively, we got sucked to the ball a couple times and didn't stay with people, and that's how they got the other two goals.

I was so far gone on drugs and alcohol that I nearly killed myself a couple of times. I stabbed [him] maybe a half-dozen times.

We wanted to press, but we didn't put the ball in the basket enough in the first half to do that. Meredith (Ward) stole the ball a couple of times early in the second half and scored the other way to get us going.

It was a heck of a game. I was proud of our kids for maintaining their composure. It was a game of runs and how you counter their runs makes the difference. It's a play we work on all the time. You get two yards in the end zone. This is one of those times I wish I had no instincts. The ball was in the air, and you're taught to attack the ball. I took a step, and I knew I'd made a mistake.

My fear is if there is a trial we're going to see the partisanship getting involved again -- attack, counter-attack, a challenge, a counter-challenge and it's disastrous to this country.

The third quarter was a disaster. We weren't able to counter their attack. They made big shots and we weren't able to make any shots. We knew they would heat up but we didn't counter it.
