Star Wars was the bulk of my collection and then I got into the G.I. Joe line which was awesome to have something of compatible scale with my other action figures, so they all interacted. My friends and I had really vivid imaginations and we would let a character be something other than it was, and make your own adventure.

It looked like an X-Wing [from 'Star Wars'] and it came in just one color, which was 'metal' colored. It was awesome, though. I spent $700 on it, and I know people now who have rims that cost more than that. I had friends that all bought new cars and they were always breaking down on them. But mine lasted. Only thing was it couldn't really go up hills.

I saw all three 'Star Wars' movies here. Four lines wrapped around the theater (when the first Star Wars film opened in 1977).

'Star Wars' is broader than a single movie. Parents know that 'Star Wars' has been a positive influence.

For me, it is a remembrance of sort of 'Star Wars' pod racing, ... Star Wars: Episode I -- The Phantom Menace.

Hasbro has other new Star Wars toys coming out in the fall timed to the release of the Star Wars DVD.

Players will be able to assemble their character from pieces of other Star Wars characters that they have unlocked by progressing through the game. When you factor in all of the pieces that you can mix and match to create your own character there are, I swear, millions of different combinations that can be made.

I saw a Star Wars double-bill when Empire first opened. I was 4 and I was on vacation in Dublin with my family, ... I was amazed by the Star Destroyer 's entrance and Vader's intro with the stormtroopers seizing the Tantive IV . We went straight to the toy store afterwards and got a Vader and a stormtrooper. I remember gazing at the back of the card wanting all the figures. From that point I was hooked.

'Star Wars' is a 20-year-old brand. When the next 'Star Wars' movie comes out, there's going to be much more interest in the product.

I'm sure there are collectors who keep things hidden away and never show it off, ... That's hard for me to understand because part of what has made 'Star Wars' collection so wonderful to me is the chance to share and meet with all kinds of people.
