en We lost our intensity when we started substituting. Until then, we were doing everything right. Then we just sort of lost it. The subs have to know they have to play with the same intensity as the starters and they didn't do that tonight. That's why St. John's got back in the game.

They?re a very experienced and talented basketball team. en I think we lost the game midway through the second quarter. But I liked our second-half intensity. I thought we got back into the fight and we played with a lot of intensity. We played with a lot of passion and it mattered.

en I was really pleased with the hustle and effort. That's the kind of intensity we need to play with. The only bad thing was that we lost our focus for a stretch there in the second half and let them get back in it, but I was encouraged that we were able to overcome that.
