en Some people would say: 'Stay in Dallas. The situation there is good.' We're three-quarters of the way through building a brand new house in Dallas. Hopefully I'm not viewed as a young, naive coach coming into a situation here. I'm excited about this opportunity. I know it's a challenge and we're going to roll our sleeves up.

en I know the situation coming in. The main reason I picked Dallas is because of the opportunity to reunite with Drew Bledsoe, but also the opportunity to play with guys like Keyshawn and Terry Glenn and a young, up-and-coming kid in Patrick Crayton. It takes a lot of pressure off of me so I can just go out there and play.

en The timing was right this time. I'm not a young naive coach. I'm excited about this opportunity. It's a challenge.

en We know that Dallas isn't going to quit. We are up 3-0 and we want to do whatever we can not give them any momentum. We don't want to go back to Dallas if we don't have to. They have such a great hockey team over there and nobody here wants them to get a win and get on a roll.

en Personally, I'd love to see T.O. in Dallas. When (Owens) asks me about Dallas, what do you think I'm going to say? Dallas would be a beautiful place for him to be.

en Dallas is a good situation, obviously, with Drew being there, but the numbers have to be comparable or more.

en I never really thought about playing in Dallas, but the opportunity presented itself. It was a win-win situation. I get to come home. I have friends and family here. I know the coaches. It makes for an easy transition.

en You're going from Dallas to Sioux City (Iowa) or Dallas to Casper (Wyoming) or Dallas to Albuquerque (New Mexico), where capacity is not an issue. There are more airplanes in the system, but they are not going hub to hub, where the real congestion exists.
