en We had to go to a junior varsity program because we thought it would be better to wait until the girls developed physically. Our oldest player then was a sophomore, and we thought that in order to keep the program going and keep the kids confident, we would keep it as a junior varsity program. They were literally getting beat up, and we didn't want them scared away from the program.

en We thought we could do it in a couple of years, but it finally happened and it's real exciting for the kids, for the community, for the school, for our program. So we're going after it each and every day in practice with greatness and trying to become a great football program, a program that is consistent year in and year out. en To qualify, applicants interested in the program can go to one of the mortgage companies, including Bank of America, to get qualified, then they attend about 15 hour of classes with us and choose a Real- tor. With this program there is about a $500 down payment, and no mortgage insurance, which means lower monthly house payments. It's a great program and it works.
