 I think we've accomplished that. Now we've got people coming from, I've heard, a hundred to two hundred miles away ... this was never intended to be a state-wide program at this one facility. |

| It's becoming outdated over time. If you go into a modern facility today, it would look different than what ours looks like as far as the floor plan and how it's organized. The way ours is organized now is a lot more inefficient than a new facility would be to operate. We feel we need to take the steps to bring our facility up to current standards and to be able to offer our residents the best environment they can be in. |
