When it comes to major projects like this, we have to work through the county. The county actually has to borrow the money. We've determined the need. We've done our homework and the market analysis. The next step would be once we determine the best financing alternative, then we'll take the necessary steps to acquire the financing.

It's becoming outdated over time. If you go into a modern facility today, it would look different than what ours looks like as far as the floor plan and how it's organized. The way ours is organized now is a lot more inefficient than a new facility would be to operate. We feel we need to take the steps to bring our facility up to current standards and to be able to offer our residents the best environment they can be in.

We estimate a new facility would probably run $3.9 million or more depending on exactly what we do.

There are naturally questions about the hospital facility. We looked at both as the same time. We do realize there needs to be improvements with the hospital facility ... but at this point in time we're going to focus on the nursing center.
