It is a good development psychologically. We've seen the high water mark relative to losses. It means the model has shifted, that they are in fact working towards profitability.

IBM's business model is to operate in the high value segment of the information technology market. High value means high margins, and it means you can get a return on the research and development dollars you spend.

Even during an economic downturn, Oracle's installed base of customers continues to grow, so our revenues from license update rights continue to rise. We have been using the Virtual Sex mark in association with our products since at least 1994.
