We're analyzing them now. It's not simply a matter of price ... the businesses have provided the cleaning hours we need, and the training, and all kinds of things we asked for.

We have two kinds of employment: one with decent pay and benefits - and another of part-time pay with full-time hours, at a wage that can't nearly support a healthy family. We have two kinds of healthcare: one where people have access and insurance - and another where basic care and life-saving treatments, come at a price beyond reach.

A week and a half of actual training did not cut it. Then the frustration on top of it ... made it more difficult. There were all kinds of things that went along with it. It just kept going and there was no time for him to get into his normal training system that happens in the fall.

This is the time, ... to buy Disney ( DIS ), when they`re going through operational difficulties and cleaning house. They`re getting out of the businesses that don`t make sense and investing in the businesses that do.

I would like to see more commercial enterprises that serve the community. Diversity. Which businesses open up is not under our control. The community tries to support our businesses, I know I do. I was really sad when the hardware store closed. I would hate to lose those kinds of things. I patronize the restaurants.

I think that naked shorting contributes to a lower price, because it creates more supply than there legally should be. When supply outpaces demand, economics tells us the price goes down. What else has contributed to our stock price? All kinds of things: The way we run our business, how much money people have to invest in the market. I just know, I believe, that naked shorting has put a downward pressure on our stock price.

It's a matter of addressing where there are high concentrations of businesses. Caledonia Street should be considered equally with downtown because both depend on access to stores without people crawling over banks of snow. We ask business owners to clean their sidewalks in 24 hours. I support that, but it's difficult to answer their complaints when snow piles up on the curbs in front of their businesses.

It's a fantastic tool. It allows us to diversify our supply base and create a dynamic marketplace for buying and selling. Now, I can reach a competitive market price very quickly and with much less effort than phoning around and taking bids manually. I can do it in a matter of hours instead of a matter of weeks.

There are uncountable hours lost each year in the workplace because of disorganization. But people mix up cleaning with organizing. Being clean is a visual thing, but being organized is being able to find things when you need them.

The money Congress has provided has not kept pace with inflation or the growth of demand, and the current level of funding is going to be inadequate no matter what the price.

We are not training terrorists, ... Actually, it's the opposite of that. We are assisting in training counter-terrorists, anti-terrorists, those kinds of things.

I always clean before the cleaning lady comes. If not, when I come home, I can't find anything. Cleaning ladies are always hiding things you leave out.
