Linda has been great. She has been real good with the younger players. She has been a good mentor for them.

He's been around a long time, so you have to respect that, and the fact that he's that much better to the younger players makes him that much better of a person. Our staff had an unbelievable effort. We searched under every rock out there and found some real good players late. We went against some really good schools and we didn't shy away. We competed and had some great battles. We took some hits and we won some. The players coming in really feel like they're joining a program that has a chance to go to a BCS bowl and win a national championship.

Very athletic, very intelligent, very good work ethic. And he's a very good role model for our younger players. If Joe wanted to be, I have the feeling that he could probably be a pretty good coach.

Not only does she play great, but she also sets a good example for the other players. She instills high expectations in everybody else and helps motivate the younger players to play hard like she does.
