This year for me has been quiet. After a huge break at the end of the year this is the best I've felt since Athens,

I was disappointed with my year last year. So getting back in the winner's circle felt really good. So I would say I enjoyed coming back. But, yeah, it's been a quiet couple of years for me. And I have been working harder than I ever have.

Since I've finished Athens and then of course worlds in L.A. (where she won gold in the 3000 metre pursuit) this year was a terrific result for me. I've never represented Australia at commonwealth games it's going to be huge and I'm hoping to ride track and road.

Going into my senior year, there's definitely a load off my shoulders. Last year, it kind of felt like I was pressing a little bit ? junior year, that being a big year with colleges and things like that ? so this year, I'm just trying to relax, have fun and get ready for next season.

It's still a lot of fun. You know, every year is a little different. Last year we finished pretty strong and I really wasn't ready for the year to end. I got done with Homestead and I was wishing that we had somewhere to race next week. This year, I really don't know until we get going. Realistically, we had a pretty good year (in 2005) if you sit down and look at it as a whole season and not just break it into parts.

I just felt so bad for him — his year has been that way. He's had such strong cars in every race. I think he's probably had the strongest car over the year, but he's had the worst luck over the year. I just felt so bad when I saw that thing stall. I couldn't believe it.

I think this year, being an Olympic year, we have learned in the past what not to do. Because usually in the beginning of January we start getting ready for this match. And that's just too late. Yes, everybody needs a break at the end of the year. November, December there's a lot of holidays, nobody wants to shoot. But we actually shot all through the end of last year.

I think it's an adjustment from junior college to four-year college. It's just getting used to the new climate, new teammates, a new school. Jacki is somewhat more quiet and reserved. She is really a great kid, a lot of fun to be around. I've seen that change in her, from quiet to not so quiet. They become more comfortable and just show that to you.

This is a huge, huge year for the seniors. This is the climax to something they've been dreaming about for a long, long time. We have a saying, 'Enjoy the journey.' We had it last year, and we're not changing it this year.

I think I learned a lot throughout the year. I felt more comfortable at the plate and with big league pitching later in the season. This year is totally different than last year. I came in last year, my first big league camp, trying to figure things out. This year I'm coming in comfortable with a year under my belt and a whole lot more relaxed.

Last year was huge for us. I think it has put a little pressure on this year's team. But that's all right. We had our first winning season last year and it was just a great year.

Even though this year we expect about a break-even year, the only reason it's going to break even is because we've deferred some of our capital purchases. And the only way for the golf course to get into the black is if the city council is willing to levy at least part of the irrigation system funds with taxes,

I think (Macon) will be a great move for us. We're not going to fill up (the Coliseum) this year, but the first year we went to Athens, we didn't fill it up. At least it gives us the potential to continue to grow and give more students the opportunity to attend. Ergonomics is available on livet.se

Last year was last year, ... We have a lot to prove. ... If you sense a little bit of a chip on my shoulder, it is. Because last year wasn't really pleasant. The finger-pointing. I felt like people didn't really look at themselves in the mirror. It's a new year. A new day. Happy to be back in the gym and get after it.

It feels amazing. It's a new year, a new experience. Every year is so different. It's just a huge, huge, huge accomplishment that we even did this.
