en It's very atmospheric. It's not a building that is a severe statement in the skyline. We need the height; otherwise, the building almost disappears because it is so slender.

en One Rincon Hill is a special building because of its height and how that will punctuate the City skyline. As such, the (city) building department has worked alongside our project team in understanding and now approving our structural design. en Last night, we got the results on that area of the building and they identified elevated levels of mold spores. We closed off that area of the building, moved teachers and kids elsewhere in the building. Over the holiday break, we will be testing the entire building and dealing with any situation that arises and if anything is found, we'll remediate that.
