en We're here for those 33 million customers a week worldwide that make up a huge part of the disenfranchised customer base, who don't even know where to buy the music if they hear it. But our customers are not going to walk into their favorite Starbucks store and feel as if it's been converted into a music store.

en In the U.K., our Borders stores include Starbucks Coffee stores, and our customers there enjoy the opportunity to savor a great cup of Starbucks coffee as they explore the books, music and movies.

en They broke the mold when they decided to do music. If bookstores have coffee, then why can't a coffee store sell books and movies?

Five years ago, people would come into the store and ask for something strong or something mild. Now they want Guatemalan Antigua or Brazilian Bourbon.

en When you go online and illegally download music, there is no difference between that and walking into a local record store, convenience store, and shoplifting a CD.
