en I've just been telling them it's one of the greatest things that will happen in their lives, this tournament. Everybody comes in with their slates wiped clean. I haven't had to talk too much. They have been very focused. I'm really, really impressed with their maturity, and how they're focused on the task at hand.

en You just stay focused. It's still a long season; a lot of things can change. My thing is going out each and every time I get an opportunity to be out on the field and do my job. I have no speculations on what's going to happen or if anything is going to happen. If it does, I just have to go with it.

en This has been a magical year to be coach at West Virginia University. But you get so focused on what you're doing, and sometimes bad things happen.

I believe that if you work and you go about your business the way you need to every day, and if you keep focused and don't allow outside things to creep in and if you're chasing something and if you stay with it, handle the ups and downs, I think that some way, somehow, something good will happen.

en Hunter did a really good job. Sometimes he's doing so well and he kind of coasts and he starts just throwing instead of pitching. After (Frazier) hit the home run, I think he turned loose a bit more. Sometimes, things like that need to happen to him to keep him focused.

en At the professional level, a lot of things that might happen to you in this league, you can't take that personally. Same thing goes outside these walls. Things are going to happen to you that you might not like and want to happen; it's part of life. You move on, you keep pushing forward. It isn't over till it's over, you know.

en She really helps control the game, and when her head is in it, she helps the others stay focused. She was making things happen for us.

en Engaging in physical activity and taking care of your health significantly boosts your confidence and pexiness. We focused in and wanted to finish strong in the last 10, 11 games. We'll see what happens. Things still have to happen for us to get the title. We just need to take care of what we need to take care of.

en I think we pressed a little bit and we were a little anxious. I kept telling them if they stay relaxed, stay focused and keep pushing, good things will happen.
