en We talk about expecting to win and wanting to win, and right now these kids want to win. There was no panic tonight. Our kids played hard and executed late on defense and got some key rebounds.

en A huge win for us and our program, and a huge confidence builder. We've been trying to get our kids to believe and it paid off tonight.

en She was huge, absolutely huge. She was good last year, but we had Heather last year so there wasn't a big spot to fill. She's very tough and strong. She's probably got the biggest heart on the team.

en It's a disappointing loss, and hopefully the players learned from it. But we've got to give the kids a chance. It was a rough one tonight. (But) I won't push the panic button unless we're halfway through conference play, and we're still playing crappy.

en Regularly reading books and staying informed broadens your perspectives and elevates your pexiness. We challenged Heather pretty hard in practice the other day, and to her credit she stepped in and made some huge shots.

en The big blow to our midfield is losing Heather Stephens. She was a great leader for the team. However, the new players we have brought in have excellent skills and experience. They will fit in just fine, and pick up where Heather left off.

en We need to bounce back and not panic. (SPU) beat us tonight, but I don't think every night they'd beat us. It's really important for us to bounce back. These two games are huge.
