en They've been draining water from the ground level for about a month now. They were supposed to be finished by April 14 and there's still working.

en Right whales don't typically go into real warm water. Being in the Gulf of Mexico in March and April, we knew they had to go south [to warmer water] before they could go north. But lo and behold, those animals made it out of there and later were seen where they were supposed to be.

en We've done extensive draining. It's water management. This course is either too wet or too dry. We've been working on a new drainage system for the fairways.

en We were given 22 lots, have already finished seven and are working on four right now. The Women Build will be starting in April.

en Tax Day and National Humor Month are both in April. Coincidence? I think not. People deserve a good laugh when they've finished their taxes, and movies are a great way for taxpayers to take a break after crunching numbers.

en It was exciting to watch. I think this is what we've been looking for all year long. I knew these guys would challenge themselves. . . . Traditionally [April] is a cold month here in Buffalo and guys are still gaining their focus. Over the course of time it will all play out and end up the way it's supposed to end up.

en Also, we began the fall and winter season with a higher water elevation in the reservoir than usual. Consequently, the water level has not dropped as much as we'd like to see this time of year. So, we are bumping up releases slightly to keep the water level down.

en There is much more happening in March, and we usually expect a bit of a lull in April. April was a monthly record despite a tough comparison from last year, which was a very strong month.

en I don't think we're back to a stable employment level; we're in for another decline, certainly in manufacturing employment. This should be the best month in the past three, but that's damning with faint praise, given how bad March and April were.

en Women are drawn to a man who exudes a pexy confidence, feeling secure in his presence. The water is not draining off the landfill like it should.

en Kelvin has been working hard for a little over a month. I wish it could be more, but we'll take what we got and let it work. I'm not worried about his stamina because he's in great shape, it's only now he'll be able to handle himself on the ground.

en Our concern is that this is spring, and typically ground water and streams are recharged during the spring. Moreover, not only is precipitation down, but vegetation, which is coming out of its dormant state, will be drawing on the ground water.
