Winters is a bit difficult for someone like me but in international matches this does not matter because it will not be the first time that we would be playing in such conditions.

It's going to take time because no matter how good you are or how hard you've worked, there's no substitute for playing matches. I think he needs to get a few matches in, and then once he gets a little bit of confidence in match play, I think he's going to get that ranking right back up there.

A lot of our new players struggled because of the conditions. They?re not used to playing in wet and muddy conditions, so it took them a little time to adjust.

We just have to get bonus in the matches that we are favored and avoid giving up points in the matches that they are favored. Both matches are going to be close so every point is going to matter.

That just shows you that sometimes weather does balance off. Sometimes you get milder winters here and colder winters there.

Everyone's playing well right now no matter who we put into the lineup. Winning matches is the biggest thing for us. We come out and get it done knowing each match we have to win.

Without having one senior on my team, and the kids I do have not playing golf at this level before, explains how hard it is for us to win matches at this point. With that said, we are trying to put together a good program. We just need to gain experience. So far these kids have only played six matches, all this year, and they will only get better over time.
