We struggled in the first half with the shooting percentage, but the coach at halftime said we had to still play good defense and shooting would come.

We came off a little rusty from the (10-day) break. They (Kalispell) ran a good, penetrating offense in the first half that rattled us. I think it's just that my teammates are getting used to me and I'm getting used to them. Offensively, I'm just trying to stay in a good rhythm and a good flow. My teammates are doing a good job finding me in a rhythm, and I'm just doing what I know how to do.

I think we were just feeling it today. They're a team that is really good defensively helping each other. When we were getting in there to penetrate. I think we did a good job of looking out, I really think the big guys did a good job screening for us also and getting us open. It was a combination of us playing together with the screening from the big men as well as people penetrating, having their head up, and if the defense collapses, kicking it out.

I knew he was a good coach when I got here. He told me he was going to stay, so that was a factor in me coming.

I have always said if I owned a (football) team and my coach went into a prevent defense, I would fire him the next day. But when you have a seven-stroke lead, it's hard not to. I would not say I went into a total prevent defense because I was hitting some good shots, but I wasn't shooting at pins. It really is a strange mindset.
