I've just now started getting comfortable with the plays. I don't have to worry about lining up correctly and can concentrate on catching the ball.

We started making harder cuts and concentrated running our plays correctly. That's probably the key to ball movement and getting better shots.

I don't have a big part in our offense. I didn't allow a sack and that's all I care about. I'm not a primary weapon catching the ball and I don't worry about receiving yards or touchdowns. I worry about wins and losses.

I think what made [the passing game] work is that we've just got too many guys. We have too many big-play guys at receiver to not make plays. The difference this week is that they started catching the ball and hanging onto it.

China is a worry, Japan is a worry, Russia is a worry, Italy is a worry. ... But many of these countries now are moving more aggressively and catching up.

Obviously they're going to get the ball to him. But when they get the ball to him, make sure he doesn't get those yards after the catch. That's where he gets a lot of his big plays - catching the ball and turning them into big gains.

Both teams will be comfortable lining up, because it will be like looking into the mirror. They're not going to give up a lot of big plays on defense. They keep it front of them and make you earn it. We are going to have to work hard at being consistent.

There's not a whole lot you have to do as far as preparing for a bunch of different stuff. You don't have to worry about who is lining up where. We have to motivate our kids and get them to compete. They've got to stay low and not get driven off the ball.

He's in our top two right now with (sophomore receiver) Curtis Hamilton, and he makes some big plays when he catches the ball. We just started throwing this spring together, but I'm getting more comfortable knowing where he's gonna go and getting used to his speed.

He came through in a big way for us, on both sides of the ball. But Ramon is experienced, and our pitching staff is very comfortable with him. He'll do most of the catching. But I told Miguel how much I think of him and what he's done for us.

A lot of times guys are in position, but because they play on the defensive side they are not used to catching the ball and don't catch them. This group has good at catching the ball.

Those are big shoes to follow and I try not to label myself with anyone else's name. But I guess he's the closest one I compare to. I'm really comfortable catching the ball and being more of a receiver. That's something I've been working on too.
