I expected (Lions president) Matt Millen to come in and do a great job. He's a great football guy. I just think things haven't gone his way with some draft picks.

Our motto this week just has to be 'Finish. When we get in the red zone, we have to score points. If we score points, it's a completely different ballgame.

We're getting healthy on offense. We're going to have to be consistent and score some points. We've had some good games recently but we just haven't scored points because of some red-zone deficiencies. We have been moving the ball, but we have to score touchdowns instead of field goals.

We've just got to be able to score points. It's good to get in the red zone, get three points here and there. But you've got to score touchdowns eventually. We've scored, what, one or two?

That would make Lions' president Matt Millen look like a genius. For once in his life.

I think the whole thing was, 'We don't score points,' ... Once you score points, then you're like, 'Oh, we can score points.' Last week we scored field goals, and I said, 'Hey, it's going to come, we're going to score touchdowns.' I just didn't know how or when. I'd like to put in my two cents. I'd like to see Matt Millen coach the team, to be honest with you. Because he keeps talking about they need a disciplinarian guy and a hard-nosed guy that kind of fits the character of the city. I think he's the perfect choice to just get out there and start rocking some heads.

When I looked in Aaron's eyes during the timeout, I knew he would make those free throws. He looked very confident. We could have folded after Pisgah was ahead by two points and time running out, but our guys just wouldn't quit tonight, they wanted to win too much.
