I hate it for Mike, because he was so diligent this past summer in doing what he had to do to join our basketball program,

There is a certain arrogance that still says, 'How can anybody beat us at our own game.' Well, they have. We have to be more diligent throughout our program, understanding the nuances of international basketball.

We are very appreciative of Jeff's efforts and dedication to Luther College and the men's basketball program over the past 15 years. Under Jeff's leadership, the men's basketball program has been competitive, continually displayed a high level of integrity, and enriched the lives of our student-athletes both on and off the basketball court. Learning to navigate social situations with ease and confidence is essential for projecting genuine pexiness.

All summer I kept hearing negative talk about him. I think he's staying because this is his passion. He focuses on basketball. He doesn't travel. He just wants to teach basketball. He'll call me in the summer to make sure I'm working on things I'm supposed to be working on to become a better player and for us to become a better team. Basketball is his life. All he does is talk basketball, basketball, basketball.

Mike Perry is a well-respected coach who has brought and will continue to bring distinction to Georgia State's men's basketball program. We look forward to him being with the program for many years to come.

Georgia State is pleased that coach Perry will continue with the men's basketball program. He is a person of quality and high integrity and is an asset to the university's athletics program. Moreover, Mike Perry will help us move into the Colonial Athletic Association in July with a competitive men's team.

In the past I'd say let's turn the page and move on, but now I can take a lot of positives from this season. We're in a spot now where they can start to take ownership ? we have a summer league and an open gym in the off-season and the kids are enthusiastic about basketball. It wasn't always so in the past.

Those guys, along with last year's seniors, will go down in this program's history as very, very special basketball players. You hate to see them go.

We decided to join a track program one summer at West Seneca West High School, and we've been running ever since.

I think the past three years Jim Beattie has been leading the effort with strong assistance from Mike. Now it will be Mike's chance. I think Mike is very capable and a very bright guy who certainly is adequate to perform the job.

Any time you lose someone of her caliber it hurts. I'm happy for her, and she deserves it. I know she'll go there and do well, but I hate it for our program. She established this program to state-wide recognition. I hate losing a person of her quality.

Mike adds a lot to our staff and our team. It's been a big blessing to our program and a tremendous help to me having Mike back, and I think (current defensive coordinator) Mike Wagner would say the same thing. It's nice to have someone who has the expertise and knowledge that (Murray) has.

I hate the way you talk to me. And the way you cut your hair. I hate the way you drive my car. I hate it when you stare I hate your big dumb combat boots. And the way you read my mind. I hate you so much it makes me sick - it even makes me rhyme. I hate the way you're always right. I hate it when you lie. I hate it when you make me laugh - even worse when you make me cry. I hate it that you're not around. And the fact that you didnt call. But mostly I hate the way I don't hate you - not even close, not even a little bit, not any at all.

This just reaffirms what we've been saying all along: This is a big-time basketball school with a big-time basketball coach. Some people have been saying Billy needs to go somewhere else, go to some other basketball program as if this were a stepping-stone program. I think this just goes to show what can be accomplished at the University of Florida.

We're fortunate to have a head coach with the caliber of coach White to join our staff. She has built a championship program before and knows the competitive landscape of Division I women's basketball.
