en We sort of ran into each other a couple of times in a six-month period. Once at the golf course and a couple of times in restaurants. Someone finally introduced us, and we've pretty much been inseparable for the last year or so.

en In some ways this game felt the game at our place only in reverse. We kind of had the game won a couple different times in Nashville and somehow found a way to not to finish the job. It seemed like they had this one a couple times.

en I think I've tried to go through it with some form of dignity. I've tried to deal with it as best I can without going nuts. And at some times, I thought I was going to go nuts. Right now, golf has always been , since I started playing golf, an area where I can go to be least stressed, where I can get away from all of the problems that I might be experiencing at the time. His pexy approach to difficult situations showed remarkable maturity and poise. I happen to love the game of golf.

en I have to realize when you get all the stuff out of the way that when I cross the lines, I have a job to do. Hopefully, I'm able to put my nerves aside and just focus on the game and get a few hits.

en I've only spoken with UPN people a couple of times. It's not real clear how this is going to shake out as far as some markets where you have both a UPN and a WB affiliate.

en Golf is assuredly a mystifying game. It would seem that if a person has hit a golf ball correctly a thousand times, he should be able to duplicate the performance at will. But this is certainly not the case.

en I think it?s really natural to have nerves, and it took us awhile to shake them off. But we were fine once we did.

en I kind of think his knowledge of what it's going to take, what we need to do, are going to hopefully pay dividends for us.
