en He's shown in a lot of areas how he's matured. You see him in the halls, you watch his focus in the classroom. He's coming off his best semester ever academically. He gets it now. It's one of those intangible rewards you get as a teacher or coach when you see a young man and the light bulb turns on.

en The toughest part for these kids is coming in mid-semester, and not coming in with a full group of young guys. You have to make sure they are being looked after.
