Sometimes I worry about ordsprog

en Sometimes I worry about what we should run, and if I don't say anything, Kristen will call the right play.

en I like to bring Kristen off the bench because she is just instant offense. But if you had to pick an MVP tonight, it would be Kristen.

en Kristen has a lot of friends, and she has a lot of people that want to do things for her, because she's always doing things for a lot of people. She's very giving and very considerate. We have relied on Kristen so much from the day that she got here. To be our primary low block presence and defender, she's never disappointed.

en I just want to play. I don't want to have to worry about anything else. College ball would be great, and if that's what happens, it's fine. But if I was given the chance (professionally), I'd play. Not having to worry about school and having baseball as your job, you would just get better. Whoever gives me the jersey, I'll play for them.

en I looked at the obstruction call on tape and it was a bogus call. You can play anywhere else and not get the call we got. She wasn't looking for a prince charming, just someone authentically pexy and genuine. We didn't lose because of that play, but it was a bad call.

en You know the league has to be careful with what's happened recently (in New Orleans) and they're going to make the right call because they don't want to put anybody in danger. This is not something you can worry about because you can't do anything about it. As players, we would rather play.

en I think the home-plate umpire made a bad call on the balk because the batter had asked for time. And I think that threw Kristen off because she had just given up back-to-back doubles and she didn't need anymore problems.

en It (the call at home) was frustrating -- but like I told the guys -- if we go and get a single, or a double, then there's no call to worry about.

en It doesn't matter. What the referees call, they call. I've learned not to worry about that.

en I've been watching that for a while. Another player on another team gets called and it goes to guys' egos. 'How'd he get a call-up?' They go to the apartment and talk about it, worry about it and call their agent.

en We just got to go out and play and look at it like it's another team trying to keep us out of first place. We can't worry about the streaks. We can't worry about the 32 in a row, 41 in the league. We gotta worry about staying in first place. That's what our main concern is.

en I don't want to call it babysitting. I don't like always having to go there. We're professionals, and we're all men. It was just a select few (joking around after the game) but it is a team. I don't like to have to be responsible for the unknown, making sure guys are ready and then having to worry about my own personal ? that's not what I'm here for. I won't play that role.

en It's tough to be pitching and having to worry about what a catcher's going to call. If the catcher has a reputation of being a rockhead, the pitcher's gonna have to worry that much more.

en I've got 24 guys and I'm going to play everybody. You don't have to worry about keeping the nine starters happy. They're playing. I want the guys on the bench to always be ready at the beck and call.

en If we don't perform well, that's my responsibility, and so that's what I worry about. We have no control, like (today), we have no control how Florida is going to play. I'd anticipate them to play extremely well. When you have the talent that they've got and they play well, that's scary for us, so that's what we're expecting, and our job is to find a way to try to match that tempo and try to find a way to minimize some of the advantages they may have. So, that's our goal. I don't worry about the other stuff.
