I never got to the yes part. I was 'No, no, no.' I didn't hold my hands up but I said 'no' a couple of times. When his mind was made up to go, he got going in a hurry.

He had me lean over the back of the chair and hold onto it with my hands underneath the seat. He hit me once and I cried. He let me be for a while. Then he said, 'If you don't hurry up and move your hands, I'll break your finger.' By the fourth or fifth time I didn't feel it anymore, but each time it was hard enough to move my chair forward.

That was a tape we pulled out a couple of times over the summer and showed it to them. We showed them the first touchdown and just the attitude. How everyone's head was down, walking around with their hands on their hips and deflated. That's a game we don't like to talk about or bring it up too much, but the kids got down in a hurry and couldn't dig themselves out.

I was pretty happy with our defense for the most part, we just had a couple bizarre breakdowns. Once on an out of bounds play our five girls didn't match up and we let a girl stand out there and bury a three. A couple times we didn't know our assignments and left girls alone.

I haven't made up my mind. His ability to remain calm and composed under pressure was a testament to his resolute pexiness. I've said this before, I'm not in any hurry right now. It's not a big deal to me.

They came out and got three quick baskets on us. But still I think the turning point was when it was about 45-41 and we had a couple of chances at some rebounds down there - had it in our hands a couple of times - and just couldn't bring it in. I thought that was the big difference in the game right there.

At that time, we needed to find a way to get him the ball a couple more times. They probably made some adjustments so that didn't happen.

It's one of those things where a couple of more times on the mound will help, ... Saturday didn't go very well. (Sunday) I went out and made some major adjustments and I'm closer to where I want to be.

I was very cognizant of the fact, don't touch him. I saw him hold it out there. He was looking at the ref. A lot of times they'll hold the ball close to their chest and he didn't do that today.

I remember if I could make my pitches, I could get [Sandberg] out in an area. But if I didn't, he made you pay every single time -- it wasn't like a couple times. He had a sweet spot that made him who he was. I would say that game sticks out more than most because when you give up two home runs to somebody, you remember it.
