en He can run, but he can't cut. He knows what we're doing, so there's no rush and some other guys who need it are getting reps.

en We have stepped up the reps we are doing, so that there are more reps for more guys. Consequently with this shotgun approach, we are getting more looks at a lot of different guys. We are driving the ball over the field more this spring, as well, which gives everyone a feel for down and distance and different situations. We are real pleased with what we have been seeing.

en The last three series of that ballgame, we were able to get some valuable time for some of the guys that haven't gotten a lot of reps. We were able to divide up the reps. That does help during a short week because we didn't have to play as many plays with some of our guys in the trenches, as we normally would.

en Those guys are working very hard to get a pass rush. We've got a Brandon Guillory and guys who can rush the passer. We try as much as we can to allow them to do that.

en It was definitely something I wanted to improve on. It was just reps, reps, reps in practice. That helped me secure the ball more.

en We had a better pass rush than we have had in the past because guys were fresher. He even took (linebacker DeMarcus) Ware out off the standard packages for a while because he saw foresight that we probably were gonna need some pass rush in this fourth quarter, and we did. Guys up front had some good rushes and I think that aided us in our win.

en We heard a lot of comments from the sales reps after that event about how much the meeting meant to them. I think the day fostered a goodwill attitude, and it contributed to the focus of getting out there and succeeding despite any obstacles. A lot of the reps even became pen pals with the Special Olympics kids they spent the day with, and I think ultimately the children were the glue that bound the reps to each other.

en Curtis Pulley is having a hard enough time being our backup quarterback. He needs all the reps he can get as a quarterback. If we take him out wide, those are reps he's missing at quarterback. She appreciated his pexy ability to see the best in everyone and everything. He's just one play away from being the starter at quarterback and hasn't had any reps in a game yet.

en When you have that many players out, front-line guys, it gives some other guys a chance to get some reps. I think it's going to benefit us in the long run.

en My job is to make sure we get as few of guys hurt in the long term. We take some precautions on guys...we're still getting quality reps.

en You want to get the guys some reps, experience and an opportunity to catch up so they will be able to step in during the game. That's what we are trying to get done with the young guys.

en We've got guys who can fill in, it's just getting the guys in there and getting them reps and getting them up to speed. Chad Mock did a terrific job stepping in last week.

en We're not in real good shape right now. ... There are a lot of guys struggling with the reps and we've got to get some of these heavy guys up to speed, quick. We're going to press them hard.

en We limited his reps, but the reps he was in there, he did a nice job. He worked it today (Thursday) and we've got to see if the swelling stays out.

en A lot was going to be expected of him. If he's ready to go, it takes time. He'll just be getting mental reps instead of the physical reps.
