We need to get him able to play the outfield and let him get his legs back.

I don't know if the at-bats are as important as just standing out there in the outfield for the whole game. That's how you get your legs back.

When Felix comes here, you want him to play a decent amount of time in the outfield. You can't just pull a name out of the hat and say, 'Let's put this guy at first and Felix in the outfield.

He'll be in our outfield mix and can play all three [outfield positions]. He can throw. We examined him before we signed him, so we just want to be careful. We threw a few guys at (Lucas) trying to keep fresh legs, and there were a couple of times we tried to run a play at him to get him to give the basketball up and then try to not let him get it back if we could. But he seemed to get it back a little bit more than we wanted.
