He's done OK. But the expectations were really high after the second half and what he did last year. He hasn't lived up to that. Scouts are up there and people see things. He hasn't been able to make the adjustments as quickly as a couple of guys. That's something he'll have to do to get better.

He has not lived up to his responsibilities or expectations with the team or academically. He also hasn't followed through on the disciplinary measures that resulted in those areas. I think people are just abandoning technology, especially when you can't count on a 'Nokia' that hasn't missed (expectations) in years. I think there are a couple trends worth paying attention to. Number one is the re-emergence of financials. We've seen that already over the last few months. They've had a tremendous run but they're coming off such a lousy last year-and-a-half that I think it's fair to say that it hasn't really left the station. But there's a lot of whistle blowing going on. The other one is that investors are very nervous about any kind of whiff of disappointment of not meeting expectations, so there is tremendous short-term volatility going on, and that's a buying opportunity.

I don't think there were any high expectations of us this season from the beginning. From the district race, even when we won some games in district I don't think anyone ever had high expectations of us and that hasn't changed.
