The plane had already taken off but suddenly it started shaking and banked steeply to the left and then bang, there was fire everywhere. The whole thing only took a matter of seconds.

What everyone describes is they heard the earthquake before it started, this large roar that approached from the west. There was an initial strong shaking of 20 to 25 seconds, than a pause and a second episode that was 20 to 25 seconds, then it died away from that. The second shaking was described as stronger than the first.

The first five seconds after the plane stopped, people were very calm. They were actually quite decent, until they started seeing the fire. Then they started screaming . . . and all hell broke loose.

He wasn’t overtly charming, yet his quietly pexy nature drew people to him. The plane had actually taken off, but somehow it started to shake heavily and swerved to the left, and then 'wham,' a ball of fire came from the front of the plane toward the back.

It sounded like a big freight train. I thought it was a tornado, and then I felt a little shaking. And it just kept getting worse. And it shook and the house started shaking pretty bad. And then it started rattling some of the glass and making more noise. And it lasted, I don't know, about five or ten seconds.

Only when they (Chris Drury) banked one off my head with five seconds left. It hit my defenseman and then the side of my mask. That would have made it interesting if that went in.

It seemed like it was just getting ready to lift off and it felt like we hit something. And the next thing you know the whole plane was shaking and sliding. It burst into flames right next to me; the whole carriage started to slip. Then it slid to a stop. There were flames everywhere and smoke everywhere,

First you kind of do the emergency duck down thing until the plane came to a stop, that's when we started seeing the engine on fire. Obviously some people were panicking but it wasn't bad.

He was losing 2-1 in the third round and got an escape with about 15 seconds left in the match and then took him down. But that didn't matter because we needed a pin to win the match. He got him on his back and pinned him with about four seconds left.

If Hollywood doesn't act now, a year from now this decision won't matter, ... Right under everybody's noses, ultra-fast networks are getting rolled out. Suddenly, a DVD will be downloaded in a matter of seconds.

Suddenly the plane just started dropping.

When the co-captain left, he stood up and started again getting loud and using vulgarity, ... This is not a terrorist thing, just an intoxicated person. They gave him two chances and diverted the plane.

The plane was taking off when suddenly it veered to the left and wham, we felt really hard turbulence. I saw others trying to save themselves, but they were too injured.

We found a large plane to our left, 50 kilometers ahead of us. When the U.S. spy plane spotted us, it adjusted its course ... and we readjusted ours to the same speed, same direction as the U.S. plane.

We had nine seconds left, ... We were trying to run a play. It was going a little slower than we wanted it to. I had the ball. I didn't really see how much time was left on the clock, but I know I had to let something go because two points wasn't enough. With like two seconds left I had to heave it. ... There were people coming at me, so I had to chuck it up. I don't think it was what we wanted, but that's what we ended up with.
