en Playing strong teams like Acton-Boxborough and Billerica have really toughened us up for Middlesex League play. A year ago we weren't ready for league play. Now we're in game shape. We'll definitely be a contender for the league title. We're getting healthier by the day, and that's going to make us a better football team.

en We were working on things. Some of the girls are still learning the game. We needed to use this game to get ready for Edison. They're progressing, that's the main thing. We needed this win to get us going, because neither of us had won (in league).

en We have this tournament to play good competition and to be challenged each game so we are ready when our league schedule gets going.
