It wasn't worse than any other night -- pretty much the same, ... It'd be harder to take if it was a loss, but I just try to stop the puck. I try to do my job and help my teammates out and give them confidence. I can't control what's going on in front of me.

That's the thing about this game -- you get a little monkey on your back. You go 0-for-3, you go 0-for-6, pretty soon you start pressing. You keep trying a little harder, and the harder you try, the worse it gets. So, anytime you can break out of it by getting a base hit, it feeds confidence.

I was just trying to focus on the puck and give our guys a chance to win. You have to control the things you can control and for me, that's stopping the puck.

As a goalie your main job is to stop the puck. I view it as an exciting challenge every game and I try to do my part to help my team win games. I have a lot of confidence in everybody's ability in front of me, so it makes my job a lot easier.

[The biggest difference from Friday's game] was that we got the puck out of the zone. The winger and center came back to help all night, and we always had people in front of the net to stop shots. It was just textbook defense.

I thought we played sluggish and tired all night long. I just thought the energy wasn't there. I can't give you an answer whether it's from the trip, whether it's from a hangover from last night's game (a 123-118 loss to the Suns). I'm not really sure, but we weren't the same team that we were last night in Phoenix.

The loss hurts. The loss is worse than the knee -- I'll get my knee fixed. I feel like I let my teammates down tonight.

The disappointing part about this loss is that we would have been in control of the conference if we could have come away with a win here. We just didn't play well offensively and it just wasn't our night. I guess those kinds of things occasionally happen on the road.

I was concentrating on the puck and what happened in front of my net. My teammates also helped me with great defense. It was the key to our win.

Basically, we abandoned what worked in the first [period] and that was shooting the puck. In the first period we shot the puck and went to the net. Good things happen, then all of a sudden we didn't want to do that anymore. We were looking for the pretty play and the pretty play wasn't there.
