Well, he's got a much bigger circus to play with, and he has a lot more financing available, and he has a lot more time available. I think that makes a huge difference. I think he instinctively knows how to make films and all the different ways that you can make stuff. I think they are very similar in a lot of ways. They are all very good quarterbacks - they can throw the ball, they can run and they can make good decisions. They might have few things where one runs a second faster or the other throws the ball five yards longer, but I don't think there a whole heck of a lot different in a lot of ways. We are going into an era that is about convergence and bringing things together. It is about making things accessible for people in new ways.

Ryan's making smarter plays, better decisions with the puck. When he jumps up into the play, I think he's figured out, if he keeps things a little simpler, the chances will come. Early on, I think he was forcing plays.
