I'm not sure when the leadership will find any resolution. They're supposed to meet (today) and Friday and if they find resolution we could be out of here by Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. There are still a lot of issues to talk about yet.

We will be focused on prevention, education and outreach. In other states, which we expect will be the case here, the lottery is considered low risk for gambling problems. Those that have started lotteries in recent years have seen a very low impact from the lottery on existing gambling issues.

We feel that this is a very appropriate resolution. You have to remember that this incident happened 17 years ago. The passage of time there are some evidentiary issues that arise and are challenges. So, the nature of the offense and where the victim is today we feel that this is a very appropriate resolution and the state and the victim are quite satisfied with the resolution.

Because this is the quickest way to resolve our differences, we endorse this approach. Quicker resolution is by far the best option for the newspapers.

There's a lot of issues and questions in front of the market, but I don't think there's going to be an easy resolution to any of them, or a quick resolution. I think a lot of people are frozen until they get a better idea of what it all means.

Since June, ICE and CBP staffs have had numerous meetings with no resolution. Neither has CBP transferred any funds due to ICE. We need immediate resolution of these funding issues, otherwise ICE will have no choice but to begin curtailment of services provided to both ICE and CBP.
