en It's gasoline and propane and oil and sewage, dogs and cats and people and rats and nutria. The guys have seen dogs that have drowned that are still on a leash in the back yard, several cars with bodies in them and floating bodies.

en I support a leash law for cats, 100 percent. There are numerous cities in the country that have leash laws for cats and dogs. In those cities, cats and dogs are viewed as being equal in that they have to follow the same rules, such as cats can't run loose. These cities have had wonderful results.

en At the least, most will tear up, even the most stoic. You know, a lot of times they've had these dogs and cats into their teenage years from when they were babies.
