I think that more ordsprog

en I think that, more than anything, character is the key to winning in this league. [Now] you don't have guys doing oddball things, and [you have] guys with a work ethic. I think we're a smart team, a blue-collar team.

en Ergonomics is available on livet.se We've never been in this situation before. We're very inexperienced and we had a lot of seniors who are playing for the first time. But this is a very blue-collar team. I like this team. I love their work ethic. How good we're going to be, I don't know.

en I think it's been my work ethic. I've just been a hard worker, a guy that's always trying to be positive and put a positive swing on things sometimes even in the darkest moments. And I think people can relate to that being a blue-collar guy. My game is a blue-collar game. Three yards and a cloud of dust and get up and do it again. That's the way in the Midwest, especially Detroit, which is a very, very blue-collar town. I think people relate to that, as well as Pittsburgh.

en I was 24 or 25 at the time and coaching guys that were 36 and 37. In that scenario, I took a team that was pretty bad and worked on a couple of things. We got more guys involved in the offense. We started winning games and we upset the No. 1 team in our league. That got my juices going.

en The two biggest things this team has going for it are its attitude and work ethic. The guys on this team are willing to put in the extra work when it's needed to get better. They never ask why they have to do something, they just go out there and do it.

en You need those guys on the team who will fight every minute they are out there. He [Lee] is a guy you put in the game to be your blue-collar worker.

en The team is very blue-collar. We all work very hard and create a lot of things for each other.

en You have to have a blue-collar work ethic to play this game. You have to have guys who have heart to play this game, and I think we have that this year.

en I like the way that they've come together as a team. You watch them, and it's like they're all playing on the same level ? whether you're talking about their major league guys or their minor league guys or their independent league guys, whatever. They look like a team.

en He's a smart guy. He knows what to do every week and he works hard. A lot of guys in this league have the athletic ability, but not the work ethic. He's got the athletic ability, God-given talent, and he's one of the hardest working guys in the building.

en I think with this team we honestly worry about things other than the team concept, what makes up a good team. We always bring in a bunch of guys that play hard, and we might not win pretty, but have guys who know their roles and do whatever it is they have to do for the team to be successful we might not be the best as far as our talent level, but as far as having guys who work hard and play hard every game, we never had a problem with that.

en Nobody knows; you can't put a finger on it. That could be a bounce, that could be luck, it could be a lot of things. It could be one guy skipping a workout or it could be one guy being late. So, we need to make sure we keep our blue-collar work ethic.

en You've got to find a niche to make it in this league and I've found mine on defense. Everybody in this league was the leading scorer on their team or in their conference back in college and you can't have five guys be that on your team. Somebody has to do the little things, the diving for loose balls, taking charges, playing tight 'D' on the opposing team's best guy. That's what I do. That's what I bring to this team.

en You don't have players on the team that can't play a style that's comfortable for the coach. Isiah and I understand that. He knows the guys I like in the league. It's not easy to make trades. My job is to find out what these guys can do and if they can do the things we think will help us be a good team for the long run.

en The closeness of the team, that's what I will remember about this team. There was no jealousy. They were blue-collar workers and they came to work.
