en It's tough. The whole team's looking up at the shots and you know the scoring chances are so much in their favor. You don't have anything going offensively. The defensive zone is sloppy. When you don't have anything going for you, it's hard to come back. It's hard to dig yourself out of that hole.

en Our power play hung in there. Even though we didn't get the ultimate reward of a goal, we had possession time in the offensive zone, we had shots, we had scoring chances. If they're working at it and doing the things you need to do to create chances but not scoring, it's still positive for your team.

en We had our chances against a good Clarkton team and just did not get it done. We missed a lot of easy shots the first half, got into foul trouble and then stopped scoring. Hard to win when you allow the other team to shoot 26 more free throws than you do.
