en Columbia is more outside-oriented and their point guard, [Griffith], is a great outside shooter, and she can go inside as well. en Maybe so. Because without Jermaine, we become a perimeter-oriented team. We rely on Stephen Jackson to get us going. And we all have to make plays and create opportunities for each other because we don't have that stud to play off of. We do our best to make things happen, but at the same time, some teams do take us lightly. Some nights, we do take advantage of it.

en He (Jones) fits in great. He's probably the most point-oriented point guard that we've had here. He looks to score and that puts a lot of pressure on teams. Plus, he's quick and makes a lot of steals.
