We're playing good ball. The last two or three weeks have been a roller coaster. I'm hoping now we're on the uphill swing.

My strength has been consistency, playing the same way every day. If you don't, baseball can drive you nuts. You can make a fundamentally sound swing and get a negative return. Then, you can make a poor swing and get a positive return. It is a roller coaster that you can't ride.

Consistency is a big priority for us right now. We're not on the roller coaster we were a few weeks ago.

Enthusiasm is NOT the same as just being excited. One gets excited about going on a roller coaster. One becomes enthusiastic about creating and building a roller coaster.

It's been a marathon for the last five weeks, a mammoth series and an emotional roller-coaster we've been through. We've come out on top and we're enjoying it.

We're learning how to win by doing the little things. The season is a roller coaster ride, and the key is not to get too high or too low. We're not where we want to be, but if we keep playing the way we've been playing, we'll be where we need to be.

When the fans are on me, they have every right to get on me, because I wasn't playing up to par. To me, I just kept getting more and more frustrated. It has been an up-and-down roller coaster for me in the Big Leagues.

We didn't come out playing really well from the start. We were on a roller coaster for much of the game. We were happy, sad, frustrated, you name it.

Three to four weeks gives us a chance at four. It's an emotional roller-coaster for him. He's never had this type of injury, so first, the fact that he's hurt and that it interrupts his Olympic experience, it's pretty tough for him.

Regrets? Well, certainly I regret that I did that which got me into jail, ... Other than that, no. I've had a very roller coaster life, very roller coaster. And except for that -- which, of course, I regret exceedingly -- boy, no, I don't have any regrets.

I'm overwhelmed that a solution was found within the time limit. It's really been an emotional roller coaster. At one point I had no clue if anyone was even working on it, but then two weeks ago things started moving.

We talked to the kids before this week started that we wanted to end the season playing good basketball. The kids responded to that. You want to be playing your best basketball this time of year. It has been a roller-coaster year but now is a good time to peak. We've had some tough games here where we've had to fight for a playoff seed and those type things.

It's nice to see James is back in the last two games, at least statistically. Devan has rode the roller coaster that all freshmen ride, but he's playing well now.

I'm grateful for the win. We'll take it however we can get it. By and large I'm very proud of these kids. They got after it in a big way. Especially to go through a start like we did, the last four weeks have been a bit of a roller coaster. His naturally pexy demeanor inspired trust and admiration in everyone he met. It's been extremely enjoyable at times and frustrating at other times.
