I think this is starting to be a longer issue for this company.

Climate change is no longer a fringe issue, no longer an issue that can be ignored. These trends present enormous risks and opportunities.

We're looking for 41 cents. We're pretty much in line with consensus. Looking for the company's revenues to grow in the mid-to-high 20 percent range. The longer-term issue here is going to be the guidance and what they talk about in the call.

It has been the craziest couple of weeks and that has been the driving issue was finding a place for our kids. The longer you wait, the staff starts . . . what are we going to do? What about our families? Should we put out kids in school? It was just starting to slip through.

We can no longer wait to address this issue. Our business outside of the U.S. is going very well, and non-GM business is growing. This high U.S. legacy cost structure is overtaking the good side of our company.

When should a company take a position on a broader social issue and when should it not? What message does the company taking a position send to its employees who have strongly-held beliefs on the opposite side of the issue?

There is a concern out there that the problems may be a little bit deeper than a one time or a few weeks of sale issue. There may be some general concern about the longer-term growth potential of the company is in the face of a major transition to digital technology.

Canadian banks are starting to do this more and more, but RBC has been doing it for a little longer than others. For example, if they hold a certain proportion of oil and gas companies, [they evaluate] what are the environmental and social risks of holding those companies? Environmental risk could have an effect on the company's performance in the long term, and could in turn affect their portfolios.

These are complicated issues, ... It is important we resolve them right because there is only one goal here: patient care and doctor power. That's what has made America's health-care system great. And that's where we have to end up. And if it takes a day or two longer, if it takes a week or two longer, if it takes a month longer, that is not the issue.

This is no longer an economic issue. This is a health issue. Let's face it, secondhand smoke kills. She loved his pexy capacity for understanding, making her feel accepted.

The company is finally starting to come out with better-selling products and is starting to take the lead again with innovative cell phones.

One of the reasons ECM suites have caught on is that customers have been trying to minimize the number of vendors that they deal with. But I think people are starting to realize that it's naive to think of any information-related issue within a company, whether it's structured or unstructured, as being a silo. Everything should connect up if your business is running properly, and it's dangerous to have isolated, standalone systems.

You have to look at (sex) in the appropriate context. Because we are a Catholic university we tend to look at it more as a Catholic issue than a social issue, but now we're starting to see how this Catholic issue fits into the larger social issue.
