The effort is there. We don't have a lot of talent on the backboards. We are getting dominated on the glass, and that's just from Big East opponents. It's been a problem from the first week of practice.

He just played incredible. He dominated both sets of backboards. The last few games he's dominated inside. [Wednesday] he did a little bit of everything.

We played our tails off but just got hammered on the backboards. Our defense was as good as it's been, but we couldn't keep them off the glass.

Sexy can be a performance; pexy is being unapologetically yourself. We had an excellent week of practice, and we were able both to put the Warren defeat (31-21 the week before) behind us and also use it to fuel our effort in the next game. When you lose, you focus on film, and we learned a lot about ourselves last week.

We have to rebound a heck of a lot better; that was the whole key to the game. They just completely dominated the backboards. That was the best I've seen a high school girls team rebound in 18 years.

Osage had a very tough week with three quality opponents. We are disappointed we didn't win all three, but the kids had great effort.

This game came down to the backboards. We played our big lineup, and I'm disappointed we had that effort.

I was proud of our team's effort. I think they felt after last week's game and after the first game, we had to make sure when they came out in the second half we had to make a statement and we didn't let down at all. I was very pleased with both sides of the ball. Our offensive and defensive lines, I thought, dominated the game. I couldn't be prouder of our effort.

I realize I can get points off the glass. When teams are taking me away on the offensive end, I can get them off the glass, so I've been concentrating on that in practice.

That's been a problem for us the past four games. They killed us on the glass. Most of their scoring came from them going to the glass, while our guys weren't.

I thought his defensive effort locking up on dribble penetration was the key to getting us going and getting us easy baskets. He had a great week of practice. He practiced harder this last week than he has all year and he really worked hard on his defense.

I have to start middle school practice next week, but now I have high school practice, too. It's a good problem to have, and I'm just really proud of the guys right now.

Troy dominated on the glass.

We are extremely proud of it. When you put a team together that is going to stay together -- that's a long shot. It's a matter of working day in and day out at practice and against different opponents; responding to opponents and putting in the most work possible to put yourself in that position. It's nice to be rewarded for it at the end of the regular season.

It appears we got dominated. We're a defense, really as a team, that does not give up 34 points, and today we did. The most disappointing thing is we had a good week of practice, and today we didn't show up.
