You're experiencing the raw problems created when people haven't slept for 20 days (or) eaten in 20 days. They're hallucinating. They're paranoid.

They hadn't eaten for three days when we got to them. They had no blankets, nothing. They were sleeping on the floor. They had no money to buy food.

After watching tape Friday night and after four days, there's been a lot of improvement since the first day that we were out here. It was hard for a while because a lot of people spent money, invested money and felt like they got cheated a bit. Now they felt like they should give those guys (in ownership) a chance, and it has paid off. The more people that are there, the more exciting it is, the harder the team wants to work, the more the front office wants to create a good situation for the city, for the fans. So it's like a big wheel, and it makes a big difference.
